Terms and Conditions JayaKaya — Guide Platform Usage

Welcome to jayakaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jayakaya ("Platform", "We", "jayakaya") regarding the use of our website, mobile app, and all services we offer.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jayakaya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

Jayakaya reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to communicate significant changes via in-platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use the jayakaya platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online wagering activities.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion or betting prohibition register enforced by any authority.
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party without written authorization from jayakaya.

Jayakaya does not accept registrations from individuals directly involved in the platform's operations, including employees, contractors, agents, their immediate family members, or any party with a relevant conflict of interest.

The jayakaya account registration process is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination.

• Each individual is only permitted one (1) active account only. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and not sharing it with any party.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or sold to any other party.
• You must notify jayakaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added account security.

Accounts that are inactive (no login or wagering activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee of RM10 per month, or until the balance reaches zero, after a written notice has been sent to your registered email.

Jayakaya supports a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other e-wallet options available on the platform.

• Minimum deposit is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• All withdrawals must be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified user only.
• Jayakaya reserves the right to request additional verification (full KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Funds deposited via certain methods may need to be withdrawn through the same method.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are entirely the user's responsibility.

Jayakaya does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond jayakaya's control.

Jayakaya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement as stipulated before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Jayakaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or deliberate hedging techniques, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

All bets placed on the jayakaya platform are subject to the betting rules established for each sport or game type. It is the user's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bets.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Jayakaya reserves the right to void or cancel bets in the event of a technical error, clearly incorrect odds, or any exceptional circumstance affecting market integrity.
• In the event of an interrupted or cancelled match, the specific settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In-play betting is subject to set delays and jayakaya reserves the right to suspend markets during critical moments in a match.

Market results published by jayakaya are based on official results received from the relevant sports bodies. In the event of any dispute regarding results, the outcome announced by the respective sports body shall be final.

All jayakaya users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, respectfully, and honestly while using the platform. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of jayakaya.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through any communication feature on the platform.
• Sharing or selling account access to another party.

Jayakaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or for other reasons deemed reasonable by management.

• Temporary suspension may be applied while an investigation into any suspicious activity is ongoing.
• Permanent termination will be enforced for serious violations such as proven fraud, hacking, or money laundering.
• In the event of termination due to user violation, jayakaya reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance or winnings obtained through unauthorized means.
• Users whose accounts are terminated for personal reasons (not due to a violation) are entitled to withdraw their actual cash balance, subject to any required investigation.

Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests for Responsible Gaming purposes are also processed through the same channel.

The jayakaya platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

• Jayakaya is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Jayakaya's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• Jayakaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users.

All content found on the jayakaya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of jayakaya or our licensors.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any part of the platform without our written consent.
• Use of the "jayakaya" brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• You are permitted to use the platform for lawful personal purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by jayakaya without any obligation of compensation to you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by jayakaya is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you agree to the data processing practices described in that Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected solely for platform operations, identity verification (KYC), legal compliance, and service improvement purposes.
• Jayakaya uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmission between your device and our servers.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where jayakaya is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following prescribed process:

• Step 1 – Official Complaint: Submit a written complaint to our customer support team. We are committed to responding within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Internal Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to jayakaya senior management within 14 days.
• Step 3 – Mediation: If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to engage a mutually agreed independent mediation service.
• Step 4 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
